Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however some parts are made to order and therefore Goods are dispatched within 2-5 working days upon receiving your order. If you require a part urgently, please email us so we can confirm dispatch time. Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays and Weekends (2pm Friday till Monday 8.30am)

Please note estimated delivery date may vary due to delays caused by factors out of our control. Tracking numbers may take a day to update, if an issue with a parcel persists please contact us.

UK Delivery Methods & Terms:

Deliveries are not made on Bank holidays, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver on Saturday, couriers are likely to consider Monday as next working day if your order was processed on Friday.

Standard Delivery: Only applies to UK postcodes.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: This service is applicable for large letters/ a parcel dispatched to any UK postcode. Anything considered as oversized will be allocated to a courier (Charges to Non UK Mainland post codes will apply).

Express Delivery:
Orders are sent out on a 24-hour delivery once dispatched (please message us about dispatch times on goods you require). Orders purchased with Express Delivery do not guarantee a next working day delivery. If you require the part urgently then please call us. In order to receive a SMS alert or Email with tracking details please provide valid contact details.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without contacting us first.

Buyer is responsible for any import charges / TAX or additional charges made once the parcel reaches your Country.

A valid contact number is strictly required for all international orders. At times we may require your PID or VAT NUMBER in order to process you order. If you are not happy to share this information for customs clearance your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Warranty and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that any orders classed as ‘custom order’ or ‘made to specification’ will/may not be accepted for return.

Myriad Automotive t/a Exhaust Parts UK may/will refuse to refund a customer if they:

  • knew an item was faulty before you bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it yourselves or getting someone else to do it
  • personalised items and custom-made items (unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

We understand that sometimes you may no longer need a part or may have ordered the incorrect item. Please contact us before you return any goods. You have 14 days from informing us to return the goods.

We are obliged to accept your return so long as the part is as new and must not have been used. All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery.

This requires any parts sent to you in original packaging, to be returned still fully sealed. We cannot accept goods if they are returned Damaged or Scratched. Please contact us before you return any goods that have been damaged.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the parts are packaged appropriately to avoid any damage in transit. If damage does occur on returned goods whilst in transit, it will be the buyers responsibility to take up a claim with your chosen courier.

Refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Any card payments made through PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal, who will then refund your bank.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED
Please give your order adequate time to be delivered, if you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us immediately so we can investigate your order.

TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING
Any orders purchased with Royal Mail may take 1 working day to update from the day the order is dispatched. If a problem continues to persist with the tracking provided, please email or call us. Please leave a suitable telephone number to receive SMS alerts about your delivery from couriers.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive your order and the box is visibly damaged, please take time out to inspect the good whilst the courier driver waits. Please do not sign for anything until you are satisfied that the parts have been received in good order and condition as noted on paperwork. We understand that this is not always possible, but it helps speed up replacement or refunds if damage is noted by the driver on delivery.

If you later discover that the goods are damaged, please email us photos off the damaged goods within 7 days off receiving your order.

Please message or call us to discuss replacements and collection off the damaged goods.

ORDER DOES NOT MATCH DESCRIPTION
If you have received an item that does not match the description, please contact us to discuss replacement and collection off the incorrect order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to certify that the goods are fully packed so we can arrange for an allocated driver to collect the goods.

Please ensure adequate time to inspect the parts before booking your vehicle with third parties.  Please note that we are not responsible and will not reimburse buyers for any third party charges or losses due to an incorrect part being sent.

Warranty
Warranty is only available in the country where the Product was purchased.

Our products include parts which are classed as ‘Consumable or Perishable items’. These parts will not be covered under warranty after the first 30 days have passed as they are subject to use and wear.

No liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, including track use or off road use, negligence in fitting, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
Should we determine that the fault/damage is as a result of the above actions, then the warranty will have been void and a costed repair/replacement may be offered if available.
Any parts fitted must be done so by a registered professional, parts must be inspected before fitting and agreed by the third party or the buyer that goods are fit for purpose.
Any parts fitted to a section off your application that the part has not been made for will not be covered under warranty. Anything sold as ‘universal’ needs to be determined and agreed by the buyer/third party that they take full responsibility in agreeing it is fit for purpose before fitting the part.
