    1.5D Refers to Centre Line Radius, so these bends have the following 1.5 x Diameter = CLR (For example 1.5 x 76mm Diameter = 114mm CLR) 1.5D Mandrel Bends Available in Stainless Steel and Mild Steel CLR on these bends is calculated by multiplying diameter by 1.5. For example the 50.8mm bend will have a 76.2mm CLR. All bends are of 1.5D CLR Mandrel Bends Specifications: Material: T304 Stainless Steel & Alumised Mild Steel Wall thickness - 1.5mm Bend Leg Length : Varies depending on diameter If you require longer leg lengths or custom angle please message us..     These ready cut Pie Exhaust Sections are ideal when making inter cooler pipes, air intakes, Exhaust Down pipes, Exhaust back boxes or tailpipes, or anywhere where the space is tight The pies / Lobster pieces create bends tighter then 1D bends Available is 2.5" / 63.5mm Pie Section and 3" / 76mm Pie Section Each Pie/ Lobster piece is 22.5 Degrees, so you would need the following: 2 units welded = 45 degree 4 units welded = 90 Degree 8 unites welded = 180 degree You will have to weld these together your self.
