Customer service/communication isn’t great. I ordered the wrong part which was my own fault so I wasn’t looking to return it, but I did want to make another order for the correct size. However when I realised I needed a custom size I emailed them and was told to call to order. I tried calling the number for over a week with no answer or call back. So I emailed again asking for them to call me and still no call almost another week later. So I have had to source the part elsewhere unfortunately. Quality of the part I did buy seemed good though.
