This item is #49339, and I am impressed at the speed with which the order has been despatched (via FedEx).
However, kindly may I refer to my request for a refund as follows: I also ordered another item, #49338, to be sent to the same address — my address, where I live. After paying GBP47.48 and GBP47.98 for SHIPMENT (confirmed by my bank HSBC), I had requested the refund, as evidently the two items — of about the same weight each — could be sent together to the same address. (Kindly check with your Sales Dept. for confirmation of all I have reported to you in this ‘Comment’.
