Rear Exhaust Silencer Band.
PEUGEOT 207 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER EXHAUST BRACKET/BAND – SUITS ALL MODELS
This repair bracket slips right over the silencer and the hook, hook’s straight in to the exhaust rubber hanger, just tighten the bolt and its as easy as that!
However a common fault with PEUGEOT 207’s is the corrosion of the genuine OEM exhaust strap/band. This bracket has a strengthened design, zinc coated for maximum corrosion resistance & a cheaper alternative to buying from the main dealer.
Therefore it is also a better alternative than replacing the entire back box.

Great price and quick delivery, not sure if our exhaust is the issue, as the bracket supplied was slightly smaller in diameter so had to put in a longer bolt to enable the bracket to be pulled into together

You say it fits all models, mine is a peugeot 207.the actual bracket /strap doesn’t seem big enough, and the bolt provided is way to short. So had to sort of bodge together after buying and a longer bolt from b&q. Even then it was a job to get the bolt through both holes on the clamp. Finally got it in but sits at an angle.

Unfortunately this did not fit. I can only assume that the back box on my 207 is not a genuine Peugeot part. I think you should make buyers aware of this when ordering. Gave 3* for price and delivery.
