I ordered on the website. The delivery arrived promptly and the components look OK, but the kit arrived minus the nuts, so I’ve not tried to fit it yet. I couldn’t get the “Contact Us” form on the website to work, so e-mailed and later telephoned. I was offered the option of replacement parts, or a partial refund and opted for replacements, which should arrive in the next few days. I’ll then have to try fitting the kit, so fingers crossed!
