Where to start….order complete on 20th Sep. And now 3rd of October and still waiting!.
It appears that Royal Mail lost the first one and presumably the second one which I M told was dispatched. Phoned 2nd Oct and staff very helpful said they would dispatch again using different carrier…..Will await delivery.
