At first glance the weather flap is no different to other Rain caps. However our Rain cap is a unique product made from aluminised steel in our UK based manufacturing works.
Explored and tested by our engineering team to produce a first-class product to help prevent weather damage.
This new blend of high quality materials and state of the art design. Direct rain or snow to flow of the chimney / stack / exhaust.
After extensive research we have decided to situate a rubber grommet between the clamps and flap. As a result you can expect no tinny metal clanking sounds.
Please note that all material used to produce our products is of aluminised.
This product can easily be powder coated if you wished to do so yourself. However we take great pride in our customer’s opinions. And after consulting many; the larger majority preferred a quality finish on a cap rather than a shabby painted finish.
