Oval Exhaust Sections are ideal on lowered cars that struggle to fit larger bores due to clearance issues.
In this case the EP3 Civic B pipe or Mid Pipe.
Generally anything over 2.5″ diameter exhaust on a lowered Type R will catch bumps, ramps and cause damage to the exhaust.

In order to help create clearance for performance exhausts.
We have developed an oval exhaust range which will allow you to run a 2.5” Diameter to a 3.5” diameter with ease.
The Oval kits are aimed at assisting fabricators to build exhaust systems which maintain maximum gas flow. But also provide the much needed clearance under the car.

This is a general kit that requires custom fabrication, such as cutting to size and welding appropriately to the custom build on your Civic Type R.
You will also require other components to complete the section such as flanges, round tube (which are not included).

This Kit contains the following oval exhaust parts for your EP3 Civic Type R Exhaust.

1m x 3” equivalent Oval Tube in Stainless Steel.
1 x 45 Degree Oval Mandrel Bend.
2 x Transition Cones, which allow you to go from Round to Oval.
The Oval 3” Exhaust measures 86mm wide x 58mm in Height (so roughly the same height as a 2.25” pipe)
