All work is overseen and quality reassured by our trained welders and fabricators in our Walsall workshop. As well as supplying individual components we offer a custom fabrication service here in our West Midlands Factory. Fabrications works include welding, cutting, laser cutting, bending, machining and jig work. Working in partnership with our engineers over the design & development of your project, go from research & development to full production.

At Exhaust Part UK we aim to help improve lead times on our services, thanks to our fully equipped workshop our team of experts are able to provide and efficient service and high quality products. Fabrication works that we have carried out in the past include, full exhaust builds on Cars, Bikes, Recovery Trucks and for motor-homes. In order to offer this kind of custom work we require the vehicle on site so we can build you a bespoke exhaust system, or pipe work specifically for your application.
Other custom fabrication works require your assistance. In order to quickly and accurately complete your product we require detailed drawings from yourself. This can be CAD drawing or a hand drawn sketch, we can thereafter offer you an honest quote and lead time to complete your job.

We have a range of welding services which include TIG Welding and MIG Welding for specific requests, performed by highly skilled and qualified welders. Our engineers and welders consists of a dedicated team that are experienced to meet customer demands. Our profusely equipped factory permits us to cater for small one-off bespoke fabrications to regular contracted work.
On a regular basis our engineers produce Jigs to allow us to produce interchangeable parts for exhaust components. Depending on the operation/ project at hand it is important to use Jigs or fixtures to construct an accurate premium aftermarket product. Systems can be manufactured efficiently with great levels of precision. Jigs and fixtures combined help recreate your OEM component, be it a DPF, Flexible section, uprated down pipe or a full exhaust build for optimum performance.
Although majority of our work revolves around Stainless steel and Mild Steel we are certainly not restricted to customer needs for other materials such Aluminium and Carbon Steel.
