Connectors

Exhaust Bolt On Connectors, Sleeves, Joiners and Step up Reducers.
Exhaust joiners come in many different types. We try an offer a range where our customers can complete a job easily at an affordable price. Weld on and Clamp On sleeve joiner are available from our range.
Steel Zinc Coated Sleeve (Bolt On)
These sleeves are found on a lot of OEM exhaust systems, particularly on German cars like BMW, Audi and Volkswagen models. We offer direct replacements for your broken sleeve joiner, all you have to do is slide this sleeve on to your existing pipe work and fastened the 2 bolts and nuts. This type of exhaust connector is ideal for repairs and connecting two tubes / pipes that have the same diameter. The sleeve measurements provided are the Internal measurement and the connectors are made to go over both of your pipes. Easy to fit and ideal if your old has rusted away.

We have connectors available for the following diameter bore:

1.5” / 38mm 1.75” / 45mm 2” / 50.8mm
2 1/8” / 54mm 2.25” / 57mm 2 3/8” / 60mm
2.5” / 63mm 2.75” / 70mm 3” / 76mm

Stainless Clamp On Sleeves.
Clamp On Sleeve joiners are made in our Midlands workshop on a daily basis. Exhausts are common to rust/ fail. Sometimes It is more economical to just cut out your old section and replace it with an exhaust sleeve. We offer Pipe connectors in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. We generally offer these pipe joiners as 100mm long, however we can make orders to size to help with silencer deletes or de cat pipes.
The different types of connectors that we offer are below:
Straight Pipe Connectors are made to join same size pipes, for example Pipe A and Pipe B are 50.8mm OD, we would supply a 51mm ID sleeve joiner.
Step Up Joiners / Reducers are made to order. We make the step up reducers as Welded Reducers and Clamped Reducers (comes with 2 x U Bolt Clamps). Step up Reducers can be made as female joints or as male joints. One side can be made to be welded and the other clamped.
FEMALE JOINTS: Made to fit over your pipe
MALE JOINTS: Made to fit inside your pipe.
Stainless Steel Motorbike link pipes ideal to connect your new exhaust to the original down-pipe or system on your bike. We can custom make any section for you whether it is a straight section or a pipe with a mandrel bend. Our Stainless Steel Pipe Connectors can also be made as Step Up reducers, perfect to join two different exhaust bores. This is also ideal for link pipes on motorcycles. Motor Cycle link pipes can be made as straight joiners or with a bend in it to help join your new back box to your exhaust.

All of our connector joiners are advertised to fit the diameter stated, as this is far more accurate then measuring the circumference of your tube.
What is the difference between circumference and diameter?

To diameter is the width of your tube. Simply measure the exhaust outer diameter as illustrated in the images below, (showing the exhaust outer diameter as 44mm, thus the flexis would need to be 45mm in order to slide over the exhaust tube), and then select the size you require from our website ranging from 45mm to 76mm (inner diameter)

The exhaust flexis are universal and providing you select the correct size we ensure an accurate fit.

Measuring Circumference (around the Exhaust Tube)

The distance all around a circle is called the Circumference and is referred to in formulas as C. The distance from one side of the circle to the other is referred to as the Diameter of a circle and is identified as a d in formulas.
