Shipping & Returns

Handling & Delivery:

Goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days upon receiving your order.

UK Delivery Methods & Terms:

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer.

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by approx 2.00pm for Royal Mail. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.




We offer a no quibble 30 days to return a unwanted item. The item must be in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for any return costs, a product replacement or credit will be given dependant on the inventory.
P+P charges are non refundable.

We cannot accept goods if they are returned Damaged or Scratched. Please contact us before you return any goods.

Refund will be sent back to the original payment method or by cheque if paid by postal order or cheque.

If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the parcel and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel back to us.
